Ding, ding, ding!In the red corner we the CFL, the Canadian Football League, fighting out of the Great White North, wearing multi-colored trunks with fringe. In the blue corner (or should it be GREEN??) we have CFL’s, Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs, fighting out of third-world manufacturing facilities around the world, wearing “eco-friendly” plastic packaging with an equally green warning label.
OK, you had your instructions in the dressing room, protect yourself at all times and come out fighting.
Where do I start…
Cost
Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs - Average cost $2.00-3.50
Canadian Football League - Average ticket price CA $37.50 per game ($37.63 USD)
Winner: Canadian Football League (More entertainment for the buck)
Names
Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs - Daylight, Twister, Soft White, Light Effects
Canadian Football League - Roughriders, Tiger-Cats, Argonauts, Alouettes
Winner: Canadian Football League (Almost lost because of the Alouettes, a French cheese)
Warnings
Positives
Fans
And the overall winner is…
A TIE!! They both suck. Read the rest of this entry »

So I was sitting here watching the Cleveland-Buffalo game (getting hammered by 8″ of “global warming”) and thinking to myself, what ever happened to the global warming conference in Bali? So I did some reading… the first headline that caught my eye was, “Gore faults U.S. for impeding global warming negotiations.” Why is Algore so intent on making the US look like the chain smokers of the world? Easy… IT SELLS!!! Please read the article. No mention of his private jet that flew 20,000+ miles to get to and from Indonesia or his multiple estates that suck more energy that a small city. Hmmm… Perhaps the former US vice-president spoke too soon.
Let’s talk about Algore (and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)) winning the Nobel Prize for “ for their efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change, and to lay the foundations for the measures that are needed to counteract such change“. OK, I feel warm and fuzzy. Now, how about the 1907 Nobel Prize for Chemistry… Svante Arrhenius - Greenhouse effect as cause for ice ages. Huh? A chemist or a total bullshitting, self-serving politician. Your choice.

Welcome to the forum at EvilCarbon.com! This is where we get the truth out about Global Warming, Carbon Credits, Footprints, Sinks and Offsets, being “Green” and why Al Gore is the world’s biggest douche bag.
A little about me and the site…
As they say, you can’t bullshit a bullshitter. Well… I’m a bullshitter. Global warming is bullshit. Want proof? You won’t find it, either way. Thirty years ago, I sat in science class and listened to the teacher rattle on about how the next ice age was coming and that we were running out of oil. Hmm… sure gas is over $3.00 a gallon, but not due to short supply and temperatures are rising? I guess my science teacher, Mr. Wagner, was wrong. I didn’t believe him then and I don’t believe what the media is saying now.
You might be asking, “why does this guy think his view is so special, what the hell does he know?” I’ll tell you… I am sick of the media and government and hippies and tenured college professors and their brainwashed pupils and bloodsucking environmental groups and bloggers and celebrities and politicians and Al Gore shoving their agenda down my throat. I play with my kids, I love my wife, I pay my bills and taxes, I employ several people, I give to the poor, I go to church and I take the garbage out. I will drive what I want, I will pay for premium gas for my Audi TT Roadster, I will cut my grass before 6:00, I will use my recycling bin for storing unused paint, I will leave my lights on while I’m at work, I will keep my thermostat at 71 in the summer and 73 in the winter and I currently have over 7,000 Christmas lights on from 6 until midnight. I do these things because it makes my family and me happy. Remember that “Pursuit of Happiness” thing? No. Maybe you should brush up on the Declaration of Independence.
Now about the site… why EvilCarbon.com?
Simple… I’m here to piss off the hippies! That’s it.
My carbon footprint is bigger than yours and you know what they say about big feet.
